Great coworkers and incentives. If you go the extra mile with sales, you get rewarded for it. Base salary is a bit lower but the sales incentives make it worth it.
Long days can be daunting at times but if you ask for help, it's there. Managers seem to make minute items a huge deal...time can be spent in different places.

I went in for my interview, I sat with the BCM and we spoke about my experiences with banking, how comfortable I am with cross selling and having sales goals. It lasted about 45 minutes.
