A large church with outreach operations in many areas of the city out Houston and abroad, but with a medium and caring staff. The church leadership is big on developing leaders through books and personality assessments such as the Birckman. Seeks to be a social change activator for the city of Houston
Staff members age range from young adults to young seniors and conflicting points of view on everything from management to outreach can sometimes cause disagreements. The ministry leadership in the past has had a hard time focusing its attention on key outreaches and departments.
Advice to Management
Don't overlook the young talent in the staff, with the right guidance they can help in creative ways
