I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at First Midwest Bank (Chicago, IL) in May 2020.

I was first contacted by the recruiter, who provided an overview of the bank's history and operations, and how the role fit within the organization. I was then invited to five virtual interviews with executives and future peers using Team. I was subsequently down selected to meet with the hiring manager, followed by a reference call.
