Mission: To build and maintain long-term relationships by delivering a superior customer experience through simplicity, efficiency and engaged employees while driving profitability and long-term growth.
I have been working at First National Bank Omaha full-time
There are lots of opportunities to shine and improve processes and the company, if you know how to look for them.
Not very simple or efficient (see opportunities in Pros section). Success can at times be based on institutional knowledge, and often means a long (6 months to a year or more) ramp up time.
Advice to Management
Involve employees in big decision making and planning, encourage a culture of leadership and mentorship and better on-boarding. High-level strategic planning and visionary thinking is great - but how it pans out in the "weeds" and the implications of changes or decisions is as important and deserves focus.
I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at First National Bank Omaha (Omaha, NE) in May 2015.
I had a meeting with a recruiter from HR and then one with the hiring manager. They were both really nice and friendly. The job description was not very clear so talking to them helped me understand the position a lot better. Make sure you have questions to ask towards the end of the interview.
