Good benefits and decent pay with incentives. Friendly coworkers and opportunities for development and growth. No late nights or evenings.
I did have to work some saturdays and sales goals were always changing. They we're manageable but sometimes you didn't know what your goals were. Also incentives started to decline

I had a phone interview with HR and then interviewed directly with my manager. It was fairly straight forward and relatively easy. Everyone at First National Bank is nice and not too intimidating.
