    I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at First National Collection Bureau.

    Excellent Manager and Upper Management. Wonderful training involved with learning collection, all laws and passing the test. Worked well with other Collection Agents and staff. Learned a lot of collection knowledge and applicable laws that I can use for future positions.

    • Constant profanity and vulgarity used from customers who refused to pay bills. Question was asked if I were a licensed agent.   1 Answer
