Ii is a relitively large industry, with very few competitors. They have great health benefits with a decent 401 match, and are generally very generous when it comes to compensation.
Small company with a large amout of micromanaging. Managers sometimes allow their personal issues to affect management decisions. It is also a timecard atmosphere.
Advice to Management
To create a better work enviorment for the employees. A better review of management would also be helpful. To address the timecard issue management should look to be more creative and flexible with the work schedule. This would create an "owner" perspective and hopefully increase productivity.
