Interview
Met twice with Eric and his co-founder. Both are nice guys who liked me but I think were looking for someone with a bit more experience in my role to pull the trigger. Still, they spoke to my references and even talked salary numbers with me.
They ultimately went in a different direction, no big deal, but communication to that effect could've been better.

Essentially each person at FischTank PR has off every other Friday, providing over 20 additional days of PTO. The program was first piloted in early 2021 before being adopted in January 2022.
