I have been working at Fiserv full-time (Less than a year)
Everyone is vested in each persons success. Lots to learn and leadership encourages staff to be their best. Friendly co workers. Sense of pride in working here. Management seems to understand the fact that it can be a bit overwhelming at times and they do a tremendous job of slowing down the motion to allow the “newbies” time to catch their breath.
Onboarding takes a while and there is A LOT to learn and that can be a bit overwhelming at times. The term drinking from the fire hose seems to fit well at times. There is quite a bit of up front travel.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing. The feeling that new employees get is that the company is a great place to be. The pride comes from the top down as it should. Keep investing in internal talent and the rest is a cake walk.
