A great place to work. A truly nurturing environment for a graduate trainee who is hungry and ready to dive into the world of Public Relations.
Not many cons. The grad scheme could benefit from a bit more structure, especially in the first weeks.
Advice to Management
With the FleishmanHillard merger, Fishburn management should do their utmost to make sure that Fishburn's unique and friendly culture endures.
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Fishburn.
The first stage of the application process was sending a CV and 250 words paragraph about a brand that needs a makeover and ways to do it. After that, I didn't get a confirmation e-mail or any response if my application was processed and heard from Fishburn 2 months later that I am passing on to the next stage. The second stage was a phone interview, which I found harder than the face-to-face interview, which was the third stage.
