I have been working at Fisher & Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great job, opportunities to advance . I advanced from an operator to quality tech,, they paid for my quick trading course when I received my promotion. Close to home.

    Cons

Had to take 3rd shift to get promoted to quality tech, fewer opportunities to switch shifts. I would like to get back to 1st shift.

    Advice to Management

Point system not being utilized correctly. A lot of favoritism and those who live by the point system tend to be pushed to the side.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Fisher & Company (Evansville, IN) in September 2017.

    Interview

Highly rushed, absolutely nothing explained. I did my weld test and was hired on the spot. They asked the man who gave me my weld test if I was a, "Go, or No Go" and that was the only thing they needed apparently. Weld Test > Hired > Too much mandatory overtime.

    Interview Questions

    • I don't recall them asking a single question. Seriously. They asked the weld test giver if we were good or not and if we were we were hired on the spot.   1 Answer
