Mission: To help people find, compare and book unique fishing experiences anywhere in the world.
I have been working at FishingBooker full-time (Less than a year)
The people are awesome, no back stabbing or micromanagement.
The company does care about its employees and the benefits are great. You will get all the support you need.
I wouldn't say that the salaries are higher than those offered by other companies in Serbia which is a bummer as the company is doing really well and I'm sure they could pay a bit more. You work a LOT more than you would in some other companies here. The work/life balance is a bit challenging, I feel like some leaders forget that people have personal lives too, no need to add additional tasks outside of working hours.
Advice to Management
It's great so far, but please don't forget that people have a life outside the office too.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FishingBooker (Belgrade, MT) in September 2017.
Interview consisted of 3 rounds. 1. Screening, 2. Skills testing, 3. Cultural fit Interviews were a bit longer than what I excpected but I felt pretty good in all 3 rounds
