It's easy to get along with everyone there and the culture created is open, respectful, and understanding. The pay is highly competitive, and even better than many other jobs both locally and found in other cities nearby.

Advice to Management
More frequent feedback and performance review would be helpful. More frequent inservices or enforcement of the inservice requirement for continuing education hour reimbursement would enable every clinician there to grow professionally at a faster rate and at a lower cost to the company.
