Interview
Went through 4 stages, mainly all online. Interviewers we’re 5 minutes late at least and sometimes wouldn’t send the invite until last minute. Fairly unimpressed with the unprofessionalism of the company and management team. They kept the salary and job description too broad and wouldn’t ever have any solid answers to questions regarding compensation or the day to day. Seemed to dance around it. Overall not impressed with the company, seem to hire young people out of school with no experience and underpay them and overwork.InterviewTell me why you’re interested in private equity.
