Commercial Customer Service Representative

What’s the best way to have a lack of compensation and incentive conversation in your department? I went above and beyond for years doing extra work, organizations etc and nothing has been reflected in pay. I thought my 5 year was going to finally show something but it did not. I’ve inquired about pay but it’s gotten nowhere.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Five Elms Capital (Kansas City, MO)

Went through 4 stages, mainly all online. Interviewers we’re 5 minutes late at least and sometimes wouldn’t send the invite until last minute. Fairly unimpressed with the unprofessionalism of the company and management team. They kept the salary and job description too broad and wouldn’t ever have any solid answers to questions regarding compensation or the day to day. Seemed to dance around it. Overall not impressed with the company, seem to hire young people out of school with no experience and underpay them and overwork.

Tell me why you’re interested in private equity.
