The culture is fantastic. Everyone in the office are friends.
The NYC offices are a bit shabby, but it's really nothing to complain about. There are some concerns around consistency of work quality between offices.
Advice to Management
Invest more time building your reputation as thought leaders. There's too much of a tendency for senior members to spend all their time working on the day-to-day

Interviewing at Flamingo is an adventure in the best possible way, so be prepared to come into the office/skype in for numerous Conversations with employees. This is a company that really cares about who they hire from Managing Partner down to entry level and you're not just going to speak to an HR dept and be done with it. The best advice is to use this to your advantage. Flamingo wants people who are passionate about what the company does, so use these multiple interviews to talk to different people in the company in order to find out if the job really is for you.
