I worked at FleishmanHillard full-time (More than a year)
-Top Management and exciting clients to work on
-Opportunities to experience work in different departments
-The company is constantly in flux and departments frequently grow larger and smaller (meaning projects can vary in size and intrigue)
-A lot of low level work (clips, press lists, etc.)
Advice to Management
-Give more individual attention
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FleishmanHillard.
I met with recruiters through my school's career fair and applied online through their online system. I had one in-person interview and had to take a writing test. Afterwards I had a phone interview with the department I would be working for.
