Mission: Building Better, Together.
Since 1909 we’ve been all about building a great company.
While the world, our customers and our roles change, one thing is set in stone: we always build better ...
I worked at Fletcher Building full-time (More than 5 years)

Advice to Management
The US leaders of DECRA are the ones who instruct us, train us and inspire us. We hate these Irvine guys and our leaders don't need them. I hear rumors of our head of sales and our president getting ready to leave. The president helped me find a job as soon as he heard I needed to move for my wife's job. He's a good guy. He's paid for people's college from his own bank account and treats us all with the same respect. So does sales Vice President and most of the OPEx group.
Patricia in hr is nice and helpful.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fletcher Building (Auckland (New Zealand)) in September 2017.
Thorough hiring process, with full references, psychometric testing, and a two stage interview process with various key stakeholders. Guidance was given around how best to prepare and the hiring managers were involved throughout.
Here are the most influential people in the world right now, accordingly to Time magazine. They have been split in to 5 categories: Titans, Pioneers, Artists, Leaders, and Icons. What are your thoughts on the 'chosen' 100? Is there a distinction between power and influence?
At Fletcher Building we have our own Titans, Pioneers, Artists (of design and product development!), Leaders, and Icons - and you can hear from some of them here: http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vI6u6
