COntract work that seems to have high pay rates initially
no support, no backing employees, unsafe situations the norm, very poorly managed, unfair pay practices
Advice to Management
stop treating staff like insignificant less than human objects that cannot and do not have the capability to reason or feel.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at FlexRN (New York, NY) in October 2016.
phone, times two. Pleasant, not very typical. No feedback post interview, unsure of how my skills lined up with desired position posting. Recruiter does not return calls or give insight into feed back and the company has no HR link on its website.
