Interview
Standard process of screening interview, hiring manager, and a panel of a few others. Fairly easy and standard questions probing how you would work through various scenarios or think about risks. All the individuals I met with were generally pleasant and easy to talk with. At the end of the process I was told they were going to extend an offer the following week. After waiting 24 hours past when they said they would present an offer I reached out, and they asked for a couple more days, then again radio silence. After a week, I messaged them and decided against moving forward anymore. While I think the company is interesting and offers a decent product, I would think twice about working here if this is how they conduct business.InterviewGiven how our product operates, how do you think we should react to these customer complaints?
