    Interview

    The interview process was good. It was well lined out and somewhat predictable. In general the interview was fine and not difficult. Mostly questions about culture fit and a few questions about specific experience. I was asked a question that upset me (more below) and I decided to let the interview process lapse. A few days later they emailed me telling me I was still being considered and I would hear back in a few weeks and never heard anything.

Flexware started in 1996 as Flexware Integration. In 2001 we changed the name to Flexware Innovation and created the tagline “Cultivating Manufacturing Success” and adopted the “wheat” as our logo. This logo served us well for the last 18 years, but it has been retired. In April 2019, we just launched our new brand and new logo. Our newly redefined purpose of “unleashing the potential of technology, freeing people to focus on what’s next” is motivating us in our 3rd decade of service to our customers. Our new logo is meant to convey stability, technology, and trajectory as we help our customers move forward.
