I have been working at Flint Hills Resources full-time (More than 5 years)

Great culture and business philosophy. Employees are encouraged to be Principled Entrepreneurs and drive change. The focus is on long term value versus numbers.

While change is a good thing, we can sometimes change at such a fast pace that people have a hard time keeping up.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Flint Hills Resources.

First round was simple behavioral interview with two FHR employees
Second round was a two day event. First day was a dinner and second day involved three back to back to back interviews with three different supervisors/engineers in the company

Koch receives Military Friendly® designation for second straight year

The honor comes thanks in large part to the work military relations manager and retired U.S. Army Colonel John Buckley has done to make Koch Industries a welcoming workplace for military veterans, active reservists and their spouses. To earn this distinction, companies must demonstrate a commitment to embracing and enabling veteran employment.
