Advice to Management
Spend more on additional project staff than big bonuses.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Flintco in April 2015.
I was interviewed by an HR person and a project manager. Both were very engaging and down to earth. They initiated the interview with a general over view of the company and its current situation on why they were hiring. From there we got into the interview questions.
