Advice to Management
If you want to keep your experienced personal, start giving raises for the cross-trained. Also, a common complaint which I hear from the DSD personal is that there are no chances of moving up in the company, and you have to be from the bump side or friends with the management if you are from the company to grow within the company.
I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at FlipChip International (Phoenix, AZ) in April 2015.
Phone interview + an on-site interview. Phone interview asked about personal stuff like curriculum, interest, subjects. On site was an company tour and some technical stuff. the whole process took about 20 days. and the internship offer was sent to me along with some confidentiality documents. The internship started on June which went very well too
