My experience with Flock over the last 2 years is a journey I wouldn't trade for anything. As an individual contributor, there are highs and lows but strong leaders are there to guide you to success.Cons
As a remote company, leadership could find more creative ways to grow culture. Ie more in-person events (especially within departments)Pay could be better - equity is great
