Base pay with loyal customer base - good office environment - excellent opportunity to grow as an agent and learn the business.
Life production requirements can be difficult to achieve with limited products available-leading to unnecessary turnover of good agents. The retirement plan needs an overhaul too.

I applied through other source. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Florida Farm Bureau Insurance (Orlando, FL) in May 2012.
I had three 1 on 1 interviews with the local area manager and 1 with the region manager. I was asked to complete an on line "Personality/Sales Aptitude Test" and was also required to submit a business pan
I was very pleased with the offer. The manager has the ability to assign you a book of business ranging in the 35k - 45k range, you are paid monthly as the business renews.
