This is a high pressure business, and since you're given lots of resources to be successful there isn't a lot of patience for repeated mistakes. If you're not a self-starter and need hand-holding Flow Traders is probably not the right place for you.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Flow Traders (Amsterdam (Netherlands)) in September 2018.
The recruiting procedure is extremely well done, transparent and streamlined. Kudos to the staff. It starts with a mental math test, which is very doable if one practices before hand. Then an IQ-sort of test, which was even relatively easy. Third step is an interview with HR and a trader: fit questions and a few brainteasers at the end. Last step is a case study with two senior traders.
