    Negative Outlook

Innovative concept, captivating to many physicians.

CEO although the founder of this company is the worst thing for it. Micromanager, untrustworthy, and makes repeated poor decisions. Burns through capital and cannot keep long term employees not can be keep those there engaged. Major turnover at company and underwhelming success.

    Advice to Management

I would advise the company to focus on paying investors and loans off and then dissolving. The company has a tarnished name in the community irreparable...they will never be successful. If they decide to keep moving forward the CEO needs to step down as this would be best for the company.
