    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Flowers Foods full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Decent pay, potential for advancement

    Cons

No home life, constantly on call, no accountability for distributors so if you're a branch manager you can expect to be working constantly, the only recourse you have for distributors who don't care is a breach letter, which they only laugh at and throw away

    Advice to Management

Hold distributors accountable ......I've literally been sexually harassed constantly by distributors (i need to work 24/7 to take care of their "business" when they screw up) and the only way to get it to stop is to resign you can send for a breach letter but it does nothing
