Fluxon Reviews

Pros
Nearly everyone is extremely passionate about doing the best they can, for both the company, and their clients. Also, the team has many past Startup Founders, and ex Googlers, which makes for a really creative environment. The team is collaborative all way up the CEO, and jumps into help whenever and where ever they can.
Cons
Not a lot of cons, a really great environment to be a part of.

Product Manager Interview
Anonymous Employee in South San Francisco, CANo OfferPositive ExperienceAverage InterviewInterview
I recently had an interview with Fluxon's Product Lead, and I can't help but share my fantastic experience. This company truly stands out from the crowd, and here's why: They treat people like actual human beings, not just resources. It's incredible to see a company prioritize building relationships and valuing people in today's fast-paced business world. The open communication and feedback culture at Fluxon is impressive. It fosters personal and professional growth and encourages better teamwork. The no-bullshit attitude is a game-changer. Fluxon is transparent, clear, and straightforward, making interactions and decision-making so much easier. Throughout my career, I've spoken with over 150 companies, and only a handful of them have been genuinely human-oriented and focused on building relationships rather than merely assessing business value. Fluxon is undoubtedly one of them. The quality of a company, in my opinion, is defined by the overall feeling after an interview. In most cases, I've felt like just a resource rather than a human being. However, Fluxon was a breath of fresh air, making me feel like I was interacting with real people, not just some faceless corporation.Interview1. Your Experience 2. Product frameworks 3.
