I have been working at Flying Angels (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great place to make a difference in my patients lives. 1:1 patient care. Autonomy and complete control over my schedule. World Travel

    Cons

Wish the pay were higher but the fun of the job more than makes up for it. Work can be a little sporadic at times. Tends to be feast or famine.

    Advice to Management

Flying Angels has a great corporate culture and everyone feels appreciated. Management definitely walks the walk when it comes to a "Just Culture."

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Flying Angels (Philadelphia, PA) in March 2017.

    Interview

Very straight forward. Management is very lean and does not get bogged down in nonsense. Did have to go through online process and background check. Company is obsessed with HIPAA and IT security.
