The staff are absolutely dedicated to delivering the agency's programs. The services are invaluable to immigrant women and most of all are free!
The Management team is not responsive to the needs of the staff. The Board also seem complicit to the low morale and the high turnover rate of staff.
Annual contracts - must re-apply for your job each year and be on a 3 month probation each time. No pay raises, health benefits or employee retirement fund.
Advice to Management
Respect the diversity of values, opinions, and input provided by your staff.
