Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Follow Up Boss (Unknown)
InterviewFour-step interview process. First step was a phone call, which went very well. Super friendly, laid-back, fun. Second step was a self-paced, self-directed video interview. Third step was a panel interview with members of the current team. It went well overall, but I left with a feeling of uneasiness. I was told during that interview that I would receive more information the following week. I finally gave up waiting after three weeks and just made the assumption that I wasn't going to get an offer or even an opportunity for the fourth interview. No communication of any kind. Not even a "thanks, but no thanks" email.Interview
