Very thoughtful hiring process. I really enjoyed getting to know the team. You can tell the culture is great right away. I had read a few not so positive reviews about interviewing with the CEO so was nervous about it, but he was great! He is deliberate and thoughtful in his questions and I enjoyed meeting the leadership team too.
Great experience over all! I had multiple offers but decided to choose Fond because of the overall culture of the company.InterviewIf anyone could play your life story, which actor or actress would you hire and why?
