I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fond (Salt Lake City, UT) in Oct 2022
InterviewVery thoughtful hiring process. I really enjoyed getting to know the team. You can tell the culture is great right away. I had read a few not so positive reviews about interviewing with the CEO so was nervous about it, but he was great! He is deliberate and thoughtful in his questions and I enjoyed meeting the leadership team too.
