I have been working at Footaction full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Opportunity to operate business as if it was your own. Only thing is you don't have to worry about the expense of a business owner just controlling it.

    Cons

Holiday hours and unruly customer at times.

    Advice to Management

You have to need thick skin if you don't already.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Footaction (Charlottesville, VA) in July 2016.

    Interview

Met with District Manager for 10min. Asked me what I knew about sneakers. Asked me why I was looking for a job. Didn't have much to say otherwise. It was about 5 minutes long. Really easy I don't even know what else to say. Brush up on your sneaker IQ
