Making easy comission at the end of calls.decemt starting salary.
The hours had changed til 1 a.m so everyone not senior had to work this shift every so often.
Advice to Management
Stop firo g all the good workers without a probation period set up
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Footsmart (Norcross, GA) in December 2014.
Applied online. Contacted recruiter for follow-up. Recruiter set-up phone screening. Invited to interview with the team at the Norcross office. I was told I would be meeting with four people.
