    Pros

    Free lunch Fridays, free snacks and drinks. AWESOME co-workers who collaborate as a team. High-Growth Start-Up -so the office is open and modern. The clients/brands you work with are a lot of fun and often times send you free samples. Ability to focus on specific types of roles so you get to recruit what you enjoy. Division Directors truly support their teams and their employees. Leadership has a clear vision for the company and very exciting things are happening in 2019! Several offices across the US. Strong Benefits. Ability to make a lot of $$. Achievable goals. Dog Friendly office. Happy Hours! Keg in the Office. Management supports employee friendships and office-mingling.

    8 interviews in total with managers, a few other recruiters , director, and CEO. Lots of phone calls and in person interviews. Everyone had different questions, some of it more conversational.
