I have been working at ForeFront full-time (More than a year)
Reaching the mid-level point in my career, I started at ForeFront a little over a year ago. It was immediate culture shock for me in multiple ways. To put it simply, joining a small, growing company has led me to learn more in a year than I ever have at previous employers. You're not just a number at ForeFront; the owners & managers genuinely invest in their employees' growth. They provide you the opportunity to excel and shine (if you so desire) and your voice is heard. It's a true Team effort here. The culture is family-oriented as we have weekly Friday lunches and quarterly events together. The atmosphere is refreshingly casual, but don't let that fool you - the Team as a whole is extremely driven, fast-paced & hard working.
If you're looking for a unique, exciting company near the Jersey Shore without the commute to NYC, I absolutely recommend checking out ForeFront :)
Sometimes there's an overwhelming amount of work on our plates, however as we grow to scale and hire additional support, this problem should resolve itself.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at ForeFront.
I applied a few months ago. There was a quick follow-up to the application/resume submission, which was great. Next, there was a phone interview. The woman was very nice and friendly. The requirements of the job sounded very basic and simple considering a college degree and previous admin experience were required, so I thought I was more than qualified. The interviewer verbally confirmed she would email me about next steps in the coming days. I followed up via email with my availability, and again she confirmed that she would be in touch with information about next steps. Unfortunately, didn't hear back after that. I assume they found someone else instead.
