The people are great. The company really cares for the employees and the Members. It feels like family.
They have a lot of upper management, but they aren't really allowed to lead. Decisions are made by a small few. Communication is a problem.
Advice to Management
You have some great people with amazing abilities. Let go of some of the control and let them do what they do best!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at ForeverGreen Worldwide (Lindon, UT) in January 2014.
Interview was easy, referred by a friend and had an interview next day, was offered job at the end of the interview and started a few days later. They were at a time of desperate need for someone with my language skill set so they did not have many questions to ask, they wanted to know my schedule and when i could start.
