I have been working at FormSwift full-time (More than a year)
Pros
As my first job out of college, I couldn't ask for more in terms of growth. I was able to grow from a product marketing/conversion optimization role to a product management role in a year. As someone who didn't come from an engineering background in college, having the company support me to take a front-end dev class helped me grow into this role. There's a lot of ownership and it always feels like you're personally adding to the bottom line. The culture is one which pushes you to learn, grow, and excel. The management encourages you to fail fast to learn from mistakes. Also great work-life balance and camaraderie among co-workers! We're growing fast - in my two years - we've gone from 8 to 17!
Cons
This is not necessarily a con - but you definitely need to be a gritty person to excel at a small, face-paced company. There's help if you need it from management and your coworkers, but you need to be the type of person who knows how to google before you ask people for an answer every time.
Advice to Management
Keep on doing what you're doing - it really helps to always be updated on the big company objectives to align our personal efforts with the company goals. It's comforting to know that the employees are valued and that you're trying to think of ways to make our work life even better.

Application
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at FormSwift (San Francisco, CA) in August 2017.
Interview
I contacted Head of Sales via email and then got an email from the Head of HR and was asked to complete an assessment test. The test was not a difficult one and the main goal was to check how I can generate Leads, what tools I'll be using and how I'll reach them.
It took me about an hour to complete it, the other day I got a templated request that we are not a good match.
I asked for a feedback and things that can be improved, but no one emailed me back.
Looks like they are collecting information and email templates. Anyway, the way they organize the process is unprofessional and disrespectful...
