I have been working at Formlabs full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Completely flexible daily schedule and no cap on vacation. Catered lunch Mon, Wed, and Fri. Kegs on every floor along with ping pong, pool and VR. Professionally, management is flexible and willing to admit mistakes, while open to new suggestions for solutions. I feel like my manager wants me to succeed and will help me get there!

    Cons

Pay is slightly below market value. Growing rapidly and there are pains associated. High expectations.

    Advice to Management

Continue to work with us on optimizing our company.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Formlabs (Somerville, MA) in November 2017.

    Interview

Formlabs was able to accommodate my tight schedule and get me an offer within 2 weeks because I had another offer. First there was an initial phone call, which was quite basic. Then they asked me to complete a short presentation project and present it onsite. I was able to come in on a Sunday to interview, which was amazingly accommodating.
