    I worked at Formlabs full-time

    Pros

    Awesome and extremely smart people
Everyone is there to help you succeed and they will give you real responsibilities that will make an impact at the company, even as an intern
Lunch catered 3x a week, fun activities outside of working hours e.g. game nights, 3d print paint classes, whiskey tasting, etc

    Cons

Aggressive growth goals = stress, however, this is not all negative obviously. This also pushes people to work hard.
Need to align better goals between departments.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Formlabs (Somerville, MA) in November 2017.

    Interview

Formlabs was able to accommodate my tight schedule and get me an offer within 2 weeks because I had another offer. First there was an initial phone call, which was quite basic. Then they asked me to complete a short presentation project and present it onsite. I was able to come in on a Sunday to interview, which was amazingly accommodating.
