I have been working at Formlabs full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very exciting products, a colorful and highly ambitious team, very flat hierarchy and plenty of room for personal growth!

    Cons

A very high paced working environment due to fast growth and industry challenges! Not exactly a negative aspect, but something you should be ready for.

I applied online. I interviewed at Formlabs (Boston, MA) in August 2017.

    Interview

I applied online and was invited to a phone interview shortly thereafter. The interviewers were a pleasure to dialogue with! I was given ample time to describe myself and my skills at length and was then invited to interview in person.
