You will also learn skills like showing off awards which are bought. Membership of non-related field can also be boasted.
Regarding your payment: expect low pay, slow payment, withholding of payment, short-changed.
Regarding your working hours: expect long hours, odd-hours, frequent changes to working hours.
Regarding your workload: expect to do anything and everything, even out-of-scope work.

What can I say, when it's a one-woman show. Any advice will be fallen upon deaf ears.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Formula 1 Furniche (Singapore (Singapore)) in November 2014.

Open-ended questions that are broader in scope and require you to work through the answer.
Situational questions that describe a hypothetical situation and ask how you would proceed in those circumstances.
I was able to negotiate the work schedule and timings to achieve both my objectives
