“Working at Forrester means helping the world’s biggest brands understand their changing customers and how they must change their business and technology strategies to keep up with the pace of customer change. Clients count on us to tell them what’s next, what it means, and what to do about it.” - Glassdoor Review

I have been working at Forrester full-time
What makes the Forrester experience iconic? Curiosity. People here are insatiably curious - about colleagues, clients, their potential, and the future. Most importantly, I feel heard and valued. My best days at work are spent trading ideas with people much smarter than me - everyone contributes and the discussion crackles with passion, intelligence, respect, and accountability. My manager trusts me to use my best judgement, coaches me to stretch myself, and is respectful of the need for work/life flexibility. In short, I am treated like a professional.
Product innovation has been stagnant to date.
Advice to Management
Keep investing in the employee experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Forrester.
I wish I could describe the process, but after being contacted by a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for an interview, I was mislead to think I would be speaking with the previously mentioned employee not once, but five times. This includes agreeing to times and changing them last minute, cancellation of calls, and flatout forgetting to call me.
It is incredibly disappointing that this company treats potential new hires this way, and for an apparently well respected company, quite telling of how things may actually work there.
