Advice to Management
need to offer more time to part time employees up to 30 hours, branch managers need to have an attitude check and skill remediation
I applied online. The process took 6+ months. I interviewed at Fort Worth Community Credit Union (Bedford, TX) in February 2014.
Had a Phone Interview followed by a personal interview at their headquarters in the Bedford. I suspect my application was lost because I was promised confirmation or rejection status within a week of my panel interview and was not contacted again until 6 months later, 5 months after the position appeared as filled on their website.
