    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Fortimize.

    Interview

I applied and was almost immediately contacted via LinkedIn to set up a phone(Zoom) interview. I set the meeting for 1 week later as that was the soonest he had on his calendar. That went well. They reached out the next day to request another Zoom meeting with the manager of the position. That went well, he asked if i had more time to discuss next week as his time was limited that day. We scheduled a meeting for the following Tuesday at 3pm. I joined the meeting and he never bothered to join the meeting. A day later i received a canned rejection email. I'm curious if this is common practice... If you don't want a candidate why not just NOT set up another meeting rather than setting a meeting and not showing up. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
