Healthcare Assistant

Why did my employer try to compare my personal life to my job obligations? Excuse me there’s no level of comparisons. At home I’m on my own schedule. I do as I please. On the job, I follow the rules, restrictions, and regulations under my job description. Teams are different dynamics. Many places talk a good game about teamwork from administrative to the floor, but I’ve seldomly seen this done. I’ve been places where the ADON wouldn’t work the floor if nurses were understaffed.

I was asked to meet with the CEO/Founder during the last round of interviews. I loved the company's mission and I had already gone through 3 other rounds so I was very excited to be invited to meet with him. My excitement immediately turned into confusion. Throughout the entire interview, Adrian proceeded to berate me about the last company I worked for and yell at me for even choosing to work there (it was another Healthcare company). He kept cutting me off and was disinterested in what I had to say. Then at the end of the interview, he just walked away without a proper transition/ending so I wasn't sure if the interview even ended. Adrian is disrespectful and rude. Be wary if you have an interview with him.
