    1) How has the PPC department evolved since you joined ForwardPMX? I have now been at FPMX just under 3 years, after graduating with an Economics degree and joining the company as a trainee analyst. The PPC department at ForwardPMX has grown significantly during my time at the company, both in size and expertise.

    Pros

    Since the merger announcement in January (ForwardPMX is the new agency made of Forward3D and PMX Agency), it has been exciting to see the new messaging and brand come to life. There are definite perks to now being a global agency, with scale and expertise across several different countries. There are new proprietary technologies available that greatly help both employees and clients. Global CEO has a great vision for successful agency models - looking forward to seeing how that manifests over time. The people here are smart and driven, and genuinely want to be here.
