We are excited to welcome Kraft Sussman Funeral & Cremation Services in Las Vegas, Nevada to the FPG family! The acquisition is the first for Foundation Partners in the State of Nevada, where the cremation rate is among the highest in the country. Former owners, Wendy Kraft and Laura Sussman, teamed up in 2009 to open Kraft Sussman Funeral & Cremation Services with the belief that existing firms were not meeting the needs of their community. “We saw how other funeral homes operated and knew we could do better, so we built a better model,” Kraft said. When it came time to plan for the future of their business, Kraft and Sussman looked for a partner that understands the cremation market as well as they do. “Southern Nevada is one of the largest cremation markets in the country, and Foundation Partners really understands cremation,” said Sussman. “They came to the partnership knowing what makes us successful and they are excited to continue our work; that made us comfortable from the very beginning.”

We are proud to welcome Seitz Funeral Services to Foundation Partners Group. Seitz Funeral Services includes Adamson Life Celebration Home, Northern Colorado Crematory and Best Friends Pet Crematory of Greeley, Colorado, and Viegut Funeral Home in Loveland, Colorado. John Seitz began his funeral service career in 2001 after serving as a minister for twenty years; and advanced to manager three years later. In 2007, John and his wife, Lisa, purchased Adamson Memorial Chapels in Greeley and invited their son, Jonathan, to run the business alongside them. They acquired Northern Colorado Crematory and Viegut Funeral Home along the way and have grown the businesses to become market leaders in their individual communities. We are so excited to add Seitz Funeral Services to our network of locations along the Front Range from Colorado Springs to Greeley. Welcome to the Foundation Partners family!

Opportunities to learn and grow your career, leadership cares about team members, some positions get to work from home, and great culture.

Some benefits could be better, but improvements are being made each year.

I applied online. I interviewed at Foundation Partners Group (United States)

I had a very positive experience during the interview process with this company. You have to keep in mind that only being ten years old they have a lot more to accomplish but I believe if they continue to hire the right people, for the right job at the right time they will be successful. Any young company is going to have growing pains, that's just natural. I think they have a great foundation in place though to accomplish everything that they want.

Tell me about your career and self goals.
