I worked at Four Communications full-time

    Pros

Varied work across different sectors, access to large campaigns and budgets, travel, exposure to different media

    Cons

Poor work/life balance, little clarity on career trajectories, high stress levels, benefits weren't marvellous

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Four Communications (London, England (UK)) in April 2014.

    Interview

Submitted my CV and was asked in for an interview. I found the interview to be poorly executed. The interviewer hadn't read my CV and most questions were irrelevant to the role. I felt they couldvhave prepared better to understand my skills and to see if I was fit to the job.
