I worked at Four Dimensions full-time (More than a year)
Opportunity to interact directly with clients Handle complete projects Quick learning experience Can climb the ladder quickly if you stick around and prove your worth
Lack of creative environment Too much work pressure by handling multiple projects simultaneously Long work hours, even weekends Lack of tools/resources in-house, no workshop space
Advice to Management
Keep it professional Change ideas to match current times Give more freedom to designers
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Four Dimensions (Bangalore (India)) in January 2012.
Basically two stages, HR round and meeting the Design Heads. Mostly consisted of a background check followed by a 1:1 interview with the Design Head who gave a small assignment to prove my skills. After I proved myself in the assignment, I was accepted.
