I worked at Four Seasons (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The most rewarding job I have ever had, impressively talented and compassionate coworkers!

    Cons

I had to take a deep cut if pay, but recent pay structures have improved pay. But, I loved the job, and job satisfaction outweighed pay for me.

    Advice to Management

Let the dust settle after making changes, then reassess impact of interventions before making more changes.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at Four Seasons (Baltimore, MD) in January 2015.

    Interview

Easy and Lengthy. Arrived and waited perhaps 20 -30 min. Talked to first contact for about 45 min. Then waited quite some time for next contact. Spoke briefly in comparison, maybe 20 min. However, I waited about 30 min. Be prepared to spend 2-2.5 hours with no apology. Other employees walking around seemed well put together. Oh, by the way, only natural hair colors. No vibrant colors. Very conservative. lol
